Writers Workshop
In October we are starting our personal narrative unit. In this unit we are working on choosing a small moment story and stretching it across several pages. We have been practicing telling true stories about our lives. We are working on telling the story in the appropriate sequence and adding descriptive details to help paint a picture in the readers head. You can help by having your child tell you stories at home about things that they have done, places they have been and things that have happened.
