This is my third year at Frost Lake Magnet School, although I have many years of teaching experience. I come from a strong background of teaching first, then second, then third, and then fourth graders. I am very glad to be a part of the Frost Lake community and very glad to be teaching first graders again. Teaching reading is what I enjoy doing the most. I love to watch the sparkle in their eyes as first graders put sounds together to form words, and take pleasure in hearing them laugh as they comprehend a funny story.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy visiting my children, or going camping or fishing with my husband. I also enjoy dog shows, and take my basenjis to amateur racing events.
